Edgar Martín is a conductor and music educator, recognised for his distinctive approach to bringing classical music closer to wider audiences. Since 2005, he has been Principal and Artistic Conductor of the Camerata Musicalis Orchestra, where he has developed innovative and accessible programming. He combines this position with regular invitations as a guest conductor in Spain and an international career that has taken him to the United States, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Romania, Cambodia, Ukraine, Germany, France, and the Dominican Republic.

One of his defining artistic signatures is the educational concert format “Much More Than a Concert”, previously known as “Why Is It Special?”.
